If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Assistivestuff.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund you must obtain an RMA # from our office. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory
packaging. (Some) products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Assitivestuff.com at the customers’ expense. Assistivestuff.com will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly.
