Please call prior to returning items for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA may be rejected or if accepted, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Item, manufacturer packaging, instructions, warranty paperwork and/or accessories must be returned in new condition.
Most products purchased may be returned within 30 DAYS from date of shipment. After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer directly.
If a product is defective or damaged, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). We will give you an RMA number and shipping instructions. We will send a replacement or return your undamaged product. We reserve the right to refuse credit if product returned has been abused or misused and not in resalable condition. It is then the customerís obligation to arrange shipment back at his or her own expense. If we are not contacted within 30 days, item may be discarded and no credit will be issued.

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. In
the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We
do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address
